We’re delighted to share that we’ve been awarded Visitor Ready accreditation.
So what does that mean for our guests?
Visitor Ready is a UK-wide accreditation run by the The AA, the organisation long known for assessing hospitality and accommodation standards. The scheme recognises businesses that can demonstrate they meet important safety, legal and quality requirements.
To achieve this accreditation we had to provide evidence of key compliance documents such as appropriate insurance, fire safety measures and safety checks. It’s designed to give guests reassurance that the accommodation they are booking is operating responsibly and meeting recognised standards.
For guests booking accommodation anywhere in Scotland, it’s also important to check that the property holds a Short-Term Let (STL) licence, which is a legal requirement. Wherever you choose to book, this licence is the minimum standard that confirms the property has met the necessary safety and regulatory checks. Our STL licences are Penthouse (AS00130F) & Haven (AS00077F) and our EPC rating is B.
